No Refund Policy: As Aectura Digital provides digital services, software development, and hosting solutions, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds once development work has commenced, a service period has started, or hosting infrastructure has been provisioned.

Cancellations: You may cancel ongoing monthly maintenance or hosting services by providing written notice to aecturadigital@gmail.com at least 7 days prior to your next billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months of service.

By accessing and using aectura.co or procuring services from Aectura Digital, you agree to comply with the following terms:

• Services are provided as per the mutually agreed upon proposal or invoice.
• Payments must be cleared before the deployment of final software builds or the initiation of hosting services.
• Aectura Digital reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue invoices exceeding 15 days.
• All custom code remains the intellectual property of Aectura Digital until full payment is received, after which rights are transferred to the client.
